We rent out our holiday apartment, “Kanzelnest,” in a beautiful alpine chalet on the Gerlitzen. At an elevation of about 1,600 metres near the midway station, peace and quiet, nature, and a magical starry sky await you. <br><br>The upstairs apartment is lovingly furnished and promises a break from everyday life. The view of the valley and the Carinthian lakes while enjoying breakfast on the balcony in the morning is truly unique.<br><br>The approximately 55-square-meter apartment with a separate entrance offers plenty of space for 6 people. <br><br>In the living room, a tiled stove creates a cosy atmosphere. A comfortable seating area with a large table also invites you to relax. For the evenings, board games and a TV are available.<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, (filter) coffee maker, milk frother, electric kettle, SodaStream, as well as a sandwich toaster and toaster. <br><br>The three bedrooms and the bathroom are equipped with electric heaters for cold nights, though the tiled stove provides ample heat for the entire apartment.<br><br>More info:<br><br>We rent our apartment for a minimum of four nights! The price includes clean bed linens and fresh towels for up to 6 people.<br><br>For each guest (18 years or older), we are required to pay a tourist tax of 4 EUR per night. This fee is paid directly on site. In return, you’ll receive a toll ticket to drive your car directly to the house (in winter, to the midway station).
