Locquémeau, located at the mouth of Léguer, about ten kilometers from LANNION
is best known for its fishing port and marina. NOTIGOU its beach (500m walk) and that of kirio (5 mins by car). The county Dourven domain (600m by coastal path). natural site with magnificent views of the Bay of Trébeurden and Milliau island. The house built among pine trees offers a Contemporary Art Exhibition Centre. Its Gothic church ranked sixteenth century.
The house includes 1 fully equipped kitchen; 1 dining room of 40 m2 opening onto a veranda of 20 m2 with a dining area and a relaxation lounge overlooking the sea and the village of Locquémeau.
1 indoor lounge with TV, stereo, internet connection and reading area.
The ground floor also features 1 bedroom with bed 140 x190 and wardrobe
wardrobe, bathroom with shower sink and closet, separate toilet and a cellier-
laundry including washer and dryer.
Upstairs 1 attic room with 1 bed of 140 x 190, 1 chest and 2 Velux including a
Seaview.

cafes and restaurants at the port.

Maison parfaite pour une famille de quatre personnes, il n'y manque rien. La véranda est très agréable ! L'endroit est calme, la vue est belle et la situation est optimale car tout près de la mer, et pas loin en voiture de nombreux endroits magnifiques à découvrir.Quatrième fois en Bretagne et certainement pas la dernière !

Le gite est très sympa, bien placé et très propre. Bonne communication avec les hôtes. Nous avons apprécié le calme et l’aménagement intérieur. Vacances reposantes avec vue sur mer

Merci aux propriétaires pour leur réactivité suite à un problème de lave-linge dans la location. Environnement relaxant. A voir : le petit port du Yaudet à proximité de Lokemo (découvert grâce aux propriétaires) Les plages de Plestin (et son bar de plage super sympa => Le petit bain) Région très animée (fest-noz, fêtes de la mer,...) En 2 semaines, on ne peut pas tout faire.

Ferienhaus mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit einem traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer mit Sonnenuntergang. Es ist alles wichtige vorhanden was man braucht. Wer WLAN abhängig ist, ist hier falsch, da nicht vorhanden. Hier findet man seine Ruhe. Der Kontakt war ist sehr freundlich, und die Schlüsselübergabe ganz Problemlos.

Traumhaft

Ein wunderschönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Nur leider kein Bettwäsche- und/oder Handtuchverleih, aber es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Lage oben auf dem Hügel mit Blick aufs Meer ist traumhaft, für alle, die Ruhe und Einsamkeit lieben. Im Wintergarten ist es durch die Vollverglasung immer hell und ein gemütlicher Platz, auch wenn es draußen mal grau und nass ist. Ein riesengroßes Grundstück mit viel Platz zum Spielen für Kinder. Ein Highlight war der Baguette-Automat an der Straße zum Hafen, wenn mal keine Zeit mehr zum Einkaufen war. Wunderschöne Küstenabschnitte und Wanderwege in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir waren sehr traurig beim Abschied, aber natürlich auch glücklich nach dieser schönen Zeit.

Haus auf einem Höhenrücken an der Küste

Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem Haus in exponierter Lage verbracht und genossen. Der L-förmige Wintergarten erlaubt auf der einen Seite, die Sicht auf die Baie de Lannion und Mündung des Leguer und auf der anderen Seite auf den alten Ortskern mit der Kirche. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, einzig der Wind kann etwas stärker wehen auf Grund der Lage. Die Übergabe war sehr unkompliziert auch, wenn nur in französischer Sprache. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder anmieten, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Beste Aussicht für tolle Ferien

Das Ferienhaus ist ein wunderbarer Platz für erholsame Ferien. Der allmorgendliche Blick von der Terrasse über die Bucht, der kurze Weg zum Bäcker und zum Strand, der windgeschützte Wintergarten, der ruhige Ort, die Nähe zu Lannion und der Granitküste ....... Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub und können dieses schöne Haus nur weiterempfehlen . Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr gut. Die Einrichtung lässt nichts vermissen- Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Mikrowelle und vieles mehr als man braucht😉. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.

Wunderschöner Ausblick!

Das Häuschen liegt etwas versteckt, aber in traumhafter Höhenlage im kleinen Örtchen Tredrez-Locquemeau. Es ist durchdacht und mit restlos allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Vom geräumigen Wintergarten aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Felsen von Trebeurden und das Meer, den man dank der großen Panorama-Schiebefenster bei jedem Wetter genießen kann. Vom Haus aus ist es nicht weit zur Bäckerei. Etwas weiter, aber zu Fuß dennoch gut zu erreichen, am kleinen Hafen, gibt es zwei prima Restaurants und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen beim Campingplatz. Obwohl Locquemeau sehr ruhig liegt, bietet es tolle Wanderwege, einen klasse Strand (Notigou), Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ausblicke, und es war zudem ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in alle Richtungen. Der Urlaub war herrlich, der Kontakt mit den Vermietern sehr freundlich, und wir empfehlen das Häuschen und die Gegend unbedingt weiter.

un lieu formidable

la maison bénéficie d'un emplacement formidable avec une vue mer magnifique et elle est très bien équipée. L'endroit est très calme et l'on peut s'y reposer. Beaucoup de choses à faire et à voir aux alentours et de très belles ballades sont possibles sur toute la côte. On trouve à Lannion tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin avec des commerces et un très beau marché. Conclusion : de très belles vacances dans cette belle région, on reviendra !

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Das Haus verfügt über eine traumhafte Aussicht auf das Meer vom großzügigen Wintergarten aus. Da das Haus quasi auf dem höchsten Punkt innerhalb des Ortes liegt, kann es je nach Wetter auf der Holzterasse draußen etwas windig sein. Da ist der große Wintergarten ein toller Ersatz für Frischluftfreunde. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Trotz Ortslage hat man seine Ruhe, da reichlich Abstand zu den nächsten Häusern vorhanden ist. Außerdem ist es ein ruhiger Ort. Bäcker und ein Lebensmittelladen sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso der kleine Hafen mit zwei Restaurants und der Strand. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und dessen Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort verlief gut. Beide waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt war dieses Haus für uns eine sehr gute Wahl.
