Maison et jardins superbes mais les chambres d'hotes patissent d'un manque total d'isolation sonore. Nous sommes partis avant le terme de la reservation pour un endroit qui nois offre plus d'intimité.

De l'authenticité

Petit séjour de deux nuitéesNous avons apprécié la gentillesse, la discretion et la passion de Jean Marc qui fait vivre l'endroit. Les choses simples se trouvent ici.Le gîte est au calme, entouré d'un magnifique jardin soigné très fleuri .L'ancienne bâtisse est étonnante. Quelques améliorations d'insonorisation des chambres, des toilettes séparées, pourraient parfaire cet endroit vraiment spécial.

propriétaire sympa, cadre agréable et calme, mais les chambres ne sont pas isolées, le moindre bruit dérange le voisin, sol craquant, discussions impossible, on n'ose pas se déplacer pour pour pas déranger les voisins, 1 seul WC dans la SDB donc si occupée, impossible d'y aller, donc 75 € le lit par nuit c'est pas justifié !

malgré un temps mitigé nous avons visité Dinan, Dinard, St Cast le Guildo et avons trouvé très intéressants les visites de la maison de la Rance à Dinan, et la maison des faluns à Tréfumel ainsi que le site qui a été exploité

Eine Katzenhaarallergie darf man hier nicht haben. Es schleichen 3-4 Katzen um einen herum wenn man im Freien isst. Für 1-2 Nächte ok. Sehr netter Vermieter der aber nur französisch spricht. Sehr schönes altes Haus- eindrucksvoll aber sehr schlecht gedämmt- Pech wenn im Nachbarzimmer ein Schnarcher nächtigen. Für 2 Nächte würde ich aber wieder hinfahren.

Les sol craque très désagréable....

A l'extérieur c'est très jolie les fleurs les arbres ,la petite marre, extérieur vraiment top. Par contre a l'intérieur le sol dans les chambres craque et pas qun peu il craque vraiment très fort c'est juste horrible de marcher tellement ses bruyant, et l'isolation entre les pièces il n'y en a pas ont entend tous ce qu'il se passe dans les autres pièces. J'ai ete vraiment déçu 😞 😞 😞.

Des améliorations à apporter

Le cadre est magnifique et la maison ainsi que le jardin sont parfaitement entretenus avec goût. Néanmoins la literie mériterait d être renouvelée tout comme l isolation qui est inexistante. Nous avons dormi avec les voisins. C est vraiment dommage car le propriétaire est très accueillant et attentif

Le calme de TREDIAS

Nous avons logé en chambre d'hôte durant 3 jours, literie moyenne, chambre propre et fonctionnelle, la salle de bain est partagée avec une autre chambre. Isolation phonique perfectible avec l'autre chambre. Jardin et espace très agréable. Le propriétaire est charmant et possibilité d'utiliser la cuisine.

Calme et sérénité dans un lieu naturel, verdoyant, alliant floraison et vielle architecture

Très bon accueil et discrétion appreciable de Mr Ramard. Séjour bien agréable 😊, dans le calme de la campagne bretonne. Lieu atypique par l'architecture ancienne, son jardin fleuri et son côté zen. Mélange entre l'eau, la verdure créant un juste équilibre pour la faune et la flore.

This property is mis-described and not finished.

It might be nice when it is finished, but currently it needs several days of work. The owner tries to be helpful, but does not yet understand the needs of his clients. Example: on arrival we found several items of food lying around - bread, eggs, etc. So we thought 'We won't disturb his shopping' and went to get provisions. Three days later we were told 'Oh, the food was to help yourself.' The bed was fairly small and not in good condition, and the sheets were skimped. There was no pillow, but I found a cushion. I could write an essay on what was missing, but you get the picture ... And although some food was later available (eggs, anyway) there was no Bed and Breakfast - we were left entirely to our own resources. So, - be warned. He who expects nothing will not be disappointed.
