Room was laid out kinda dumb with the hot tub in the room ... room wasn't fancy but clean . Next time I'll stay without a hot tub . Had a fantastic view from our room and other than the hot tub, it was good. Staff was very helpful and nice .

Solo traveler, enjoyed the hotel, plus the room was clean and a great size. The beachfront view of the water and the sky is so beautiful to look at and being able to walk right outside and sit or get in the water is amazing. Nice grab-and-go breakfast every morning to start the day off with great options to choose from. I will book again at this hotel

The pool was right out the patio door with a great view for anyone in pool to see into my room. I wasn’t disabled but anyone using a wheelchair could not use the patio or patio door to the patio, or the kitchen area in room.

The room itself was ok, you could tell maybe new flooring and updated bed frame, but the rest of the room seemed old and outdated. The only staff I came in contact with was the person at the front desk when I checked in, she was very nice. The beach and the outside property were really nice. Great view. Spa tub was old and rusty, the bathroom was not the cleanest and could use some updating. The shower for sure was old and outdated.

The beach view was beautiful from the balcony. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub worked and was comfortable. The breakfast bar was substantial. In our room floors were dirty and there were piles of dirt in the corners. Doors and floor boards needed to be touched up with paint. Could not see to put on makeup or shave in the bathroom because of poor lighting. Walls and floor in toilet room were dirty. Rooms were not soundproof!

The view was great. The room was fairly clean, but the towels had chunks of ?? stuck on them. Gross. The sheets were stained, thin and bally. Gross. The room needed repairs: new rollers on sliders that were almost impossible to open, ripped up lampshades, vinyl floorplanks seemed to be rotting and coming up, patched up tiny shower, room door stuck on the floor, the couch smelled like BO, and the chair seats were all stained. The grab and go breakfast was decent, but the coffee machine was broken. This room was definitely not worth the high price. There were many other hotel options we saw that would have great views; choose somewhere else!

The exterior was well maintained and it’s a beautiful location on the Bay with an outdoor pool. The interior (my standards are high but not unreasonable) was dirty. Dirty light switches, dirty cabinets, crumbs and cereal on the floor, walls had drips on them from spilt food, etc., the floor looked like they had runs a mop across it but I ran a Clorox wipe on it, and it was immediately dark. They also weren’t able to provide us with bath towels because they were down to one washing machine - which they didn’t tell me until after I tried to exchange them for new towels. They ran out of sugar for coffee. I received misinformation from a receptionist re: early checkout procedure. This was our second stay here, the first time was a year prior and it was a much different experience. This time there was hair in the sheets, the pull out bed had no sheets, I changed all the sheets myself. Sadly we will never stay here again.

Great location and bonus is the view and pool! The room was spacious but the bathroom situation is ridiculous! The bathroom layout was so strange and the stand up shower was so small, but the shower curtain was even smaller! I’ve never seen anything like this layout! It’s so outdated functionality that money truly needs to be spent on the bathroom makeover! The future and couch were also really old! The floor was newer but when you walked on it, your feet turn black! It’s just not very clean! Bring your own blanket because the bed only has a little cover and the sheet! The air is an outside unit. They offer a small continental breakfast in the morning. The view 10/10 overall hotel room 3/10! For $400 a night there are many hotels With updated facilities.

The room was very quiet but the bathroom area is veey outdated. Also, the pool is under construction and wasn't a pretty site to see. I also had issues with having no hot water on the first day. Other then being on the lake this room was not worth the money.

Great location on the east bay. The size of the room is very nice for a few day stay in Traverse City. The in room tub is great to relaxing in after wandering the grand traverse area for the day.
