"Sehr gut organisierte Übergabe des Hauses. Haus ist interessant renoviert und hat auch einen großen Garten, den wir zwar aufgrund der Temperaturen nicht nutzten, aber dennoch als gut empfanden. Hier kann man sicher gut seine Hunde laufen lassen, da alles eingezĂ€unt ist. Im Winter ist es leider eher schwer, das GebĂ€ude gut warm zu halten, da aus wohl baulichen GrĂŒnden nur Infrarotheizungen vorhanden sind und gleichzeitig das GebĂ€ude nicht sehr gut isoliert zu sein scheint.
