We booked a 2 bed accommodation in January but didn’t get what we booked .
Unfortunately 2 days beforehand Leiana phoned and said there was an error.
Two days notice wasn’t long enough to cancel and find somewhere else.
This not the first time we have experienced errors with bookings on Stayz website/ app .
We were so disappointed when we arrived but we made the best of it .
We were given a partial refund after I asked.
The accommodation has various combinations over three suites.
The suite we had was pleasant, clean and tidy with ample provisions.
