Wonderful stay in Bilbao. The check-in and check-out process was completely hassle-free, and the reception staff were very attentive. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection, and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city.

This apartment was weird, uncomfortable and unattractive. There were no functional doors other than the bathroom — just curtains separating the bedrooms. The furniture was unattractive, old, uncomfortable, didn’t feel fresh. The second sleeping space was photographed as a bedroom area but the bed was an old, uncomfortable pull out sleeper sofa with a bad mattress. There were signs of mold in the bathroom and you couldn’t open the bathroom door all the way — it would get stuck on the floor. The apartment was dark and on a busy, loud street with construction barricading the sliding glass door and balcony.

Nice hotel shame about the town
"It is a a good budget hotel. The rooms are clean,tidy and a good size.There is limited parking on site but plenty nearby. No bar or restaurant and the wifi is limited to downstairs. The town offers very little and the only cafe serving food wàs a burger bar."
