"The room provided was a life-safety hazard. There was no window in my bedroom, it was a broom closet. There was pet dander, and fur all over the room. We stayed one night, and checked-out, but were charged for three. Do not book here. Avoid at all costs for safety reasons."

"We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were nice, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out were both fast and smooth. The room was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of hot and cold options, plus good coffee. The hotel is also very conveniently located, only about a 5-minute drive from West Edmonton Mall. Overall, a great experience."

There was gunk stuck to the lamp post there was no plug-ins anywhere to be found in the room except for ones that they were using by lamps and their lamps all had broken shades. It was loud, not quiet at all. There were people living in the parking lot highly do not recommend going here unless this is the kind of thing you’re used to."
