I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and the location is very convenient for getting around Hanoi. The room was comfortable, and the bed was great for a good night's sleep. All the staff members were polite, helpful, and professional. They also provided useful recommendations for exploring the city. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Fantastic staff from the door person right through to the room attendants what a great place to stay the breakfast was fantastic and cant say it enough the staff couldn't do any more for if they tried they where all great

Excellent property. Fantastic location right in the old quarter and easily walkable to other major sites/areas. The room was clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming and really did go above and beyond to make this a great experience for us. Breakfast was plentiful (and delicious)
