"This hotel is for you if you want a rustic experience in the middle of the mountains on a very winding, steep and narrow road. I had a business meeting in the nearby town of Cours and thought that this little hotel would be a good place for the night before. It was fine for a one night stay but would be not so great for longer. "The hotel staff were very helpful but while the bedding and linen was very nice the room needs a good clean and dusting. We always check the room for our belongings before leaving, always check nothing has fallen under the bed. It made me sick to see the dirtiness and dust under the bed."

"This place is beautiful, rooms are spacious and comfortable and in pristine condition. I slept perfectly. They also offer local wines, or beer and soft drinks, for easy purchase from the bar area. The owner is delightful and will handle any local activities including wine tasting, if of interest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"Nice reception and breakfast areas, but room dated and worn, with mould on windows. More often than not only cold water in shower. Could really need a renovation. Breakfast fine, but perhaps a bit overpriced for what you get. Staff polite and friendly, but not overly helpful. Location in Fleurie is excellent. If rooms were properly renovated, this would be a good choice. "
