"Our host was so friendly and went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. Our room was well stocked with water, chocolates, and books on Ireland. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with many buffet options and a full menu of cooked items."

"Lovely comfortable hotel and room. Stylishly updated room with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Some confusion about how much the breakfast would cost and the evening staff didn’t seem to have a menu to share. So we ate a nice breakfast at the Wild Cafe in Tralee instead as we didn’t want to pay a flat fee for a buffet and only eat a small healthier breakfast. Otherwise I would recommend the hotel very highly. Great location for walking around Tralee."

"A very pleasant stay. Despite being an older hotel in Killarney it has been upgraded and redecorated recently and the management and staff ensure an excellent service. The facilities are great and not overly busy. I would suggest adult traveller to use the pool early in the morning as it also family friendly. Thank you for a lovely stay."
