"Excellent choice. Cute neighborhood close by, walking distance to Termini, but far enough from the sketchiness of the area surrounding the station. Loved my evening walks to the Coliseum and Roman Forum. Breakfast on the roof definitely a highlight. Also very nice bathroom and shower. Minor complaints the mini fridge was very mini, and the complimentary coffee pods in my room were never replaced, even though I left a note in Italian for the housekeeper."

"Great stay and location. Would stay again and recommend. Family room has 2 king beds and 2 twin beds (1 of each in each connected rooms), they connect very conveniently. Also, 1 room had a small balcony and the other had an extra bed under the twin which is interesting. Breakfast was OK, should be free and included for what you actually get in our opinion, not any different than a continental breakfast served anywhere else. Overall, good choice."

"Great location, room was clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is decent , and includes cappuccinos etc in the EUR 22 charge. They have galleys on some floors with complimentary tea and snacks, as well as an iron and ironing board which was helpful. We will definitely stay here again!"

"Room was clean, bathroom was updated, and it had a slide door which was nice to have. View wasn't great, but that wasn't something that was a priority for us. We slept well, the room was quiet and dark with the blackout curtains, which was important for us. Location was good, close to railway and to bus stops, which helped with getting around easily. We were able to walk to many locations, and utilize the city bus or tram to get to further locations, without any issues. Breakfast was listed as continental, but it was more of a full breakfast with hot items included. Bar terrace on top floor was nice, with great views. We were happy with the hotel, and felt that it was a good pick for us."

"We stayed at Hotel Liberté as a family of three during our trip to Rome. Overall, we had a nice stay and really liked the neighborhood. It has a young, hip and artsy feel, with lots of little bars, restaurants and about 15-20 mins walk on side street from Termini Station. If you enjoy that kind of atmosphere, you’ll probably really like the area. One thing to keep in mind is that it gets very lively and loud at night, especially on weekends. There was quite a bit of street noise and people out at the bars until around 2–3am, so it may not be the best choice if you’re a light sleeper or travelling with young kids. We were travelling with our 8-year-old, so this was something we definitely noticed. We also experienced a strong cigarette smoke smell coming into our room, which seemed to be coming through the ventilation. This was uncomfortable for us, especially travelling with our daughter. We brought it to the hotel's attention and they were responsive and offered cleaning, fresh linens and compensation for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. Overall, the location and neighborhood were definitely highlights for us. I would recommend it to people who enjoy a younger, artsy area with nightlife and don't mind some noise at night."
