"The room was not clean, and it appeared that the hotel is understaffed. The bed sheets were not changed, and one of the beds had visible stains. There was also hair in the shower. Overall, this has been the worst experience I have had with this hotel chain."

"We were generally pleased with our experience. We realize this is a fairly new facility and there can be some kinks to work out. The staff was helpful and friendly. We did not realize initially that housekeeping was every other day, which is not a problem for us if we know in advance. I would suggest the front desk mention in when you check in. We were there for 4 days and only had the room cleaned once. The towels were changed and the waste baskets emptied, but it looked like they left in the middle of the job. I was surprised that the bed was not made. A coffee maker in the room would have been a nice touch. We ended up eating breakfast at a nearby restaurant because the breakfast was rather simplified. Again, would have been nice to know in advance. It is not a deal breaker because some places don't serve breakfast at all. We like the location and feel like our needs were generally met. One other thing, I was never able to get my iPhone to hook up to Wi-Fi. We messed with it and finally gave up."

"We were surprised when we got to the hotel. The pics online looked great, but it was different story in person. First off the fridge didn’t work, we informed the front desk/manager, nothing was done about it, food was out the whole night and vegetables got bad, pop was from temp. The sink had clogged which they did unclog after our request, pool was dusty and dirty per my wife. The pull out bed looked disgusting, though sofa was acceptable (we didn’t use the pull out mattress), the bathroom was super small, such that if someone is on the toilet and you can’t open the door without striking the leg. The ceiling had mold on top of the tub. There was no front desk person all the time to assist. We will not be returning to this hotel"

"Breakfast was not fresh and did not look good. Staff was ok just not very motivated, room was pretty clean but in need of repairs- door stuck and you had to lift it up to open or shut (looked like it had been kicked on the inside. Shower rod coming out of wall and toilet holder broke "

"The breakfast could be better. Surcharge as; offer breakfast meats and a variety of fruits. Also the elevator and carpet could use a little repairing and cleaning. Overall friendly staff and easy check in and out process."
