Overall the stay was okay. Checking in and paying cash was a problem for the night manager, he was extremely rude and not welcoming. Bed was terrible, but room was spotless. Extremely clean, the rest of the staff over the next few days were good. Talked with the marketing manager and the GM about our issues with the night manager, they went above and beyond to try to make up for it. (We stayed there to meet someone to purchase a puppy. The hotel ended up mailing us a toy basket for our new pup after explaining what happened) Overall would I recommend this hotel? Yeah probably. They said the night manager will be addressed, cash is accepted. Weekend breakfasts were great!
