Traditional villa with huge pool and garden 200m to Berawa beach

  • 200m to the beach and one of the original luxury villas built in the Canggu area in 2008 boasting a huge swimming pool and tropical garden. Villa Elanora also has 3 staff for housekeeping, cooking and keeping the pool sparkling to help make your stay relaxing and hassle free.

    Villa Elanora is a short walk to so many excellent cafes, bars, beach clubs, boutiques, spa centres and medical clinics. You have everything you need all within easy reach.

    A new shuttle bus service is also available and the stop is 20 metres away. This service does a loop in the Berawa area passing all your favorite eating spots, shops and clubs. This is a hop on hop off free service and a great way to get around.

    The famous Echo Beach surf break is an easy 10 minute stroll along the beach with an abundance of beach bars and plenty of surf instructors to help you hit the waves.

    Staying at Villa Elanora is like stepping back in time whilst being in amongst all the trendy offerings of Canggu. It's tranquil, traditional and feels like home away from home.

We had a wonderful 6 week stay in Villa Elanora. You're right in the heart of things in Canggu/Berawa: very short walk to the beach and great restaurants everywhere. The house is a well designed blend of traditional Balinese -- easy to open up to fresh air; thatch roof for heat management; wood; beautiful traditional garden -- and modern conveniences like A/C, kitchen in the main part of the house, can close the house up to keep bugs out etc.

We had a family of 5 and the house is so large we had our own spaces. The pool is lovely and warm and spacious. The actual location was great, not far from the beach and a short walk to the local supermarket, eateries etc. The staff were amazing, we had friends over one night and they cooked a balinese feast. Each morning we also paid to have breakfast cooked. This is by far a superior villa compared to the one behind it which was more expensive and not as big. Canggu itself is busy, we came from Lombok so it was a bit of a shock. Stand out must have visits for food was Jalapeno - best cocktails and fajitas - we went 3 times! Starters sports bar was excellent food but hard to find off the road so the pizza's were worth a find. The grab's and gojek's were great options to order food for the kids while we went out - Fuji sushi was brilliant.
