"This hotel was extremely kind and sweet, the food was a large variety and tasty. The front desk was kind even through broken translations and alot of patience. Would definitely stay again."

"We booked a club room with lounge access which was a lifesaver during Typhoon Dolphin where we were trapped for 2 full days inside the hotel. Food variety and drinks were plenty and of good quality. Only caveat is, when you stay over a week in the same hotel, the lounge food is the same day by day, no changes or other choice at all which gets boring. Besides the monotonous daily same choices, hotel is clean, staff are really nice and polite and everything is clean! We would come back again."
COZY STAY in Itoman

"We stayed in the larger suite on the top floor this year. We were glad of the extra space becuase we had a typhoon prolong our stay by a few days. The host was understanding and allowed us to extend the stay. Parking is easy and onsite - there is overflow parking available but we didn't need to use it this year. Enjoyable place to stay nice evening walk to the end of the pier can make a nice sunset view. Supermarket and restaurants are nearby(a few hundred meters). We've stayed several times recommended spot."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, however it’s a bit far from anything and the beach is more like an enclosed river; you can only access a small roped off area. It is however beautiful. They were a little stingy in the towels in the rooms and we continuously needed more which seemed to frustrate them."

"This hotel was perfect for our needs since we didn’t have a car. A quick Uber ride from the airport. A short walk to the beach. Very nice pool area. The mall next door is great, we got some yummy food from the food court but also from the grocery store. There’s a great donut shop in there. Our only negative for this hotel was the lack of help regarding the “complimentary shuttle” to the airport for our departure. It was impossible to get it. We were unable to understand the problem. They seemed to be saying the shuttle was full, but there were only 4 people booked for it. We tried for pretty much any time of morning but to no avail. Don’t offer a complimentary shuttle if you can’t deliver."
