"There was a good breakfast but no other meals available on site. A McDonald's and one other place to eat lunch a few blocks away. Many restaurants with blocks but only open at night but the one in the same building was focused on drinking and expensive food. We checked out three nights early and they refused to refund our money. Non--refundable means they won't refund anything so dont book ahead, pay night by night. "

"Everything was perfect. I loved the room, little welcome gifts they gave us, the bath, the sauna, the high-tec hair dryer, room wear, the free late-night noodles, I mean everything! From my next trip, I will definitely look for a hotel of the same group wherever I go."

"Everything is at a good level. The welcome drink is nice. It's a convenient location for sightseeing and shopping."

"It wasn’t our first time staying in this hotel but the most recent one, they gave us an old room and it was very dusty inside. We have been sneezing since the time we got there. The shower also was old and confusing to use. But the staff and the service was overall still the best. We hope our next stay would be in a much better room and less sneezing."

"We booked 2 rooms. When checking in, they told us they were on different floors. I blame Hotels.com for this. No safe in one room. Not the end of the world but had to use just the one safe. Breakfast is held in the lobby. Yes it is included so I can’t really complain but it wasn’t great. Rooms are quiet They are typical Japanese hotel rooms. Dry small but functional. For the price you can’t beat it I suppose. Close to train station. If rooms had beeen side by side, it would have gotten a hire score. "
