"豊橋駅直結で、本来は電車利用の方にとって 便利なホテルかと思います。今回は自家用車で 伺いました。 改善点の方が多く書いてしまいましたが 初めて宿泊する際の困りごとがほとんどです。 お部屋自体は清潔で快適です。 ◎部屋の遮音性には驚きました。高層階(12F)では ありましたが、隣や廊下はおろか、電車の音が 聞こえませんでした。 ○室内は清潔で問題無しです △部屋のアメニティは平均的。飲料水は部屋になく フロントから自ら持っていく必要があります 入浴剤が無いのは残念でした △駐車場が離れていて、結果的に宿泊者割引も無し。 1日 に出し入れしても料金が変わらない、というのが メリットらしいのですが、日中は出かけ、この特典は ..."

"友人達と1泊で宿泊しました。部屋も広くて清掃も行き届いている綺麗なホテルです。宿泊予定の1週間前に案内のメッセージが届き、チェックイン方法等や質問等も連絡でやり取りをさせていただきました。当日も問題なくチェックインできました。 一つだけ気になったのは、シャワーの使い方なのかもしれませんが、浴室と脱衣所がバリアフリーでフラットなので、水が脱衣所を通り越して部屋の方まで流れてしまったのでバスマットもビチャビチャになってしまった事ですかね… ..."
