Centrally located in North Wards near Castle Hill walking tracks, the Sports Reserve and Queens Gardens, this apartment is a few minutes from the city, Strand a variety of eateries and shops.
Recently renovated, this first floor apartment has is fully air conditioned, has three bedrooms, an open plan kitchen, dining and living area.

This first floor apartment offers three bedrooms and one bathroom.
Perfect for families, friends holidays, or a corporate stay. Please note we do not permit parties and events at our properties.
There is no on-site parking, buts of free parking outside on Paxton Street. The new kitchen is fully equipped.
All bedrooms have built in cupboards.
The newly renovated bathroom has a spacious walk in shower.
Bedding Configuration: Two of the bedrooms have Queen beds, the third has a double/single bunk bed. Linen and towels are professionally laundered by a local company
Guest Access As part of check-in we require photos of photo ID and Credit cards. These are destroyed as part of our post-check out process.
Self check is preferred.
Shared areas in this 5-apartment complex includes the entrance, lift and stairwell, carpark, and pool.
The Ground floor is a business and external areas are shared

Excellent apartment had everything we needed from the kitchen, washing machine, dryer, microwave etc. Place was clean and in walking distance to the strand etc. Appreciate Ish hosting our family and we will definitely come back to stay if we we visiting Townsville again :)
