Emily, I did not say i would give you an early check in I said i would check with the cleaner and let you know. i was doing my best to try and give you an early check in but the previous guests left the house in a bad way. You then turned up to the house and the cleaner couldn't finish cleaning. The yard is mowed every fortnight and i regularly get the bins cleaned by the same company that do the yard. This is the first i have heard about any wonky beds but thanks for letting me know i would have preferred if you just told me and i would have resolved it immediately instead of publicly announcing it I cannot do anything about things i know nothing about. I appoligise about the milk and coffee usually milk, coffee sugar and tea are supplied the cleaner was rushed out and must have forgot. Not sure what you mean about being unresponsive I am always available and i am passionate about looking after guests there is only so much i can do though. Regards, Steve Hammant
