Good Afternoon Deborah We are so sorry that your experience is not what it should have been. We have had continuous rain over the last month hence the weed growth has got out of control. All of the beds are queen beds other than the singles in our rooms All remarks have been forwarded to the managers for attention. Kind Regards

Our office is open 24 hours a day so those supplies would have been provided at any time. Our staff leave ample spare supplies in the rooms as well so it is simply a matter of asking. Sorry if you were felt you were not able to ask for more but we will always happily supply those items and keep our guests happy.

Thanks for bringing to our attention the dirty cups - they should all be spotless as they go through our dishwasher so perhaps they were used and washed by a previous guest. I will bring this to the attention of our cleaners who are wonderful but not always perfect. Thanks again for your review.

Hi Natalie, We do have one room that fits your description. I wish you had checked with the duty manager if you were not happy as all other rooms have large windows and well ventilated - some people actually like that room you are talking about and choose it deliberately. If you stay with us again give us the chance to make you happy,

We can vouch for the hardness of the floor and we can also vouch that the beds are not! As a provider of accommodation for hospital care our beds are rated as standard hardness. Thank you for the positive comments about our cleanliness, the motel was upgraded recently.

Thank you for your review. If this happened then it is possible the room you were given was not cleaned the day previously and should have logged as out of order.. All our laundry is hired from Great Northern Laundry and you will note from other reviews that this motel is highly rated for cleanliness. Your experience if true is not in line with the standards associated with us - have you reviewed the correct motel? We are not rated at 4.5 stars and never have been. Please contact us directly.
