"The room was immaculate, recently renovated and sparkling clean. Beds were very comfortable and the property is walking distance to many amenities. Several restaurants a grocery store and close to the highway but not right on the highway. Great price too!"

"Very large room in one of three buildings had a great view and was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating. Tv went out in a storm and they had nothing to say (or compensate for the lack) other than sorry. Maybe they could’ve directed my complaint to the manager, but they did not. No food available in the bedroom buildings, have to travel to another building. Food was unavailable until 9 am-I get up at 6, so had to drive somewhere to even get a tea (because there were no tea pods or kettle in the room, no microwave either). This was quite inconvenient considering the $500 I paid for the weekend. If these things don’t bother you, then you will enjoy your stay. Hearing the Loons cal at 6 am in the fog-priceless!"

"Location was good, can walk to downtown. Room was sufficient and overall clean except bedding was not to our satisfaction. Requested and received different sheets. Caretaker was efficient. Price was reasonable therefore did not expect too much more. AC , fridge, TV in good working order. Needed short term accommodation to attend dance competition at Algonquin theatre. Within walking distance to downtown. Minimal amenities and that’s what we needed. All surfaces clean, corners could be better and bedding could be better. Bathroom clean."

"I have stayed at the property multiple times. Each time there was a cleanliness issue, which was brought to staffs attention. Upon speaking to the manager, I was told he would do something as I had to clean when I arrived, multiple hairs in the bed, toothpaste on vanity, floors were absolutely filthy. It was clearly not cleaned and I was charged for the night! Despicable. In the morning, upon checkout, I was told I would get a free nights stay, and nothing ever came of it. Terrible service."

"Property is under renovation.. beds were too soft. The opening and closing of the doors to access the stairs were very loud at night. No elevator. Breakfast was great - waffle maker, eggs, sausage, hot and cold cereal, muffins, toast etc."
