Cozy Rustic Cabin with Wonderful Views of the Smoky Mountains

Rustic 3 bedroom 3 bath home with beautiful views of the Smokey Mountains from the front deck. Master bedroom with king bed is on the main level with wonderful views of the mountains, two more bedrooms with private baths are upstairs with king beds and views of the mountains as well. Awesome location adjacent to Laurel Valley but on it's own 2 acre lot for privacy. Mountain views from every room! Large TV in living room with VCR and DVD player and library of movies to enjoy. Large wrap around deck with hot tub, gas grill and outdoor dining adjacent to kitchen.

Townsend Area: Townsend is the Peaceful Side of the Smokies, Close to the Tourist Towns of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but away from the Traffic and Noise. Local Restaurants and shops provide all you need and the National Park is just 10 minutes away!

Extensive brochures available for you to review in the home. Table games, puzzles, cards, books, DVDs and VCRs for your indoor enjoyment, but you will not want to be inside when you can be enjoying our mountains! Come home and relax in the hot tub. Enjoy!
Each bedroom has private bath and awesome views of the Mountains. Each bedroom has RokuTV and Wireless Internet. Master Bedroom has private entrance off of deck. Quilts and blankets on every bed to match the decor of the room. Dressers, chest of drawers, large closets and other areas to hang clothes, as well as luggage racks. There is a iron and full-size ironing board available in the downstairs bedroom closet.

Our property offers rare easy access for a cabin with such awesome mountain views. Driveway gives access for loading and unloading and there is plenty of level parking. We offer Roku TV and High Speed internet access with wireless. You hope you relax and enjoy our mountains but if you need to keep up with your email, we have you covered there too. Come to the Mountains and relax and enjoy our home! Our property has external cameras that monitor and protect our property.

Perfect size home for our family of 6. Large beds and kitchen was great for eating at home. Great views and easy access to Smokey Mountains Park. They are NOT joking about securing the trash cans! Enjoyed my coffee at 7:45 am on my second morning while watching a very large bear, 20 feet away, attempting to open trash can. It failed, but I got a great video.

We enjoyed our 4 day get away to visit with family & friends! Plenty of space to be together and also private time. Very clean, excellent communication from the owners and everything we needed! We would definitely do it again!

This was the perfect location, the cabin was well equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioner went out during our stay and they got someone out within hours and had it fixed. We really appreciate that!

Perfect home for a family!

This place suited our needs so well. I had my family of four and my mom and dad stay and it was perfect. Great for kids with games and movies. The view was amazing and ofcourse Townsend is our absolute fav! Highly recommend this rental.

Comfortable time with family in the smokies

Property is easy to find and has easy access to all the Smokies has to offer. Quiet, restful and relaxing if that is what you want in your vacation. We were a family of seniors and that was important.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin, it was a perfect size for our family of 5. The location is perfect with easy access to townsend and cades cove. Very minimal travel to main townsend road which is hard to find. We will definitely stay again.

Another awesome vacation at Knotty Pine

This was our 7th time staying at Knotty Pine for our almost annual vacation to the smokies and it was great as usual! We love staying on the “quiet” side of the smokies, visiting and hiking in Cades Cove, shopping and seeing a show in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Then relaxing in the hot tub when we returned.

Cozy cabin in Townsend

Stayed at the cabin with two other couples over the weekend for a friend’s wedding. The cabin was plenty big enough for six adults and had everything that we needed to enjoy our weekend. We loved being so close to Townsend and Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Great cabin!

This cabin was perfect for us, three brothers and their wives. We enjoyed the deck our whole stay, and the fire pit, the one night it was cool enough to have a fire. If we make that trip again, I hope this cabin is available.

Beautiful Mountain View

We loved this property. The location is close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for day trips and then come back and relax in the quiet. The cabin was very clean, had everything we needed for our stay and perfect for our group. We took our grandkids to golf course pool and enjoyed having a drink while they swam. The view of the mountains were beautiful from the cabin deck. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Thanksgiving in the Smokies

This cabin was everything we had hoped it would be. Beautiful from top to bottom with a great view of the mountains. Spending Thanksgiving with the family in the Smokies at this cabin was like being in a Norman Rockwell painting. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Nice, quiet place to stay

Far enough away from pigeon Forge to feel like you’re in the country, but close enough to go and do touristy things for the day. Great beds. House next-door is closer than I expected but the divider fence obscured view of hot tub. Nice fire pit below the house.

Spring Break getaway

This cabin had everything we needed for a nice comfortable stay. The Townsend area offers less dining options, but the peaceful side has many perks. Getting in and out of GSMT is easy. Traffic is minimal. You’re closer to Maryville which has everything else you might need. We would definitely stay here again !

I've never been to TN before so I wasn't sure about much when I was booking my stay. The photos of this house looked great and the property was even more amazing than the photos show!! The house was very clean, each bedroom having its own bathroom was amazing, sitting on the deck drinking coffee and looking at the mountains was amazing - I could go on and on. I highly recommend this property!!

Wow!

This was one of our best vacation rentals! Great location, very quiet but not too secluded, shopping and dining within 10 minutes. House was very comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, spices and condiments a plenty. Everything was clean and very welcoming. Beds are soft, but that's exactly how we like it. Communication with the owner was extremely pleasant. Definitely a place we can recommend.

We loved our stay at Knotty Pines! The cabin was very clean and cozy. The owner has put a lot of thought into making the cabin an enjoyable experience for guests. The beds are comfortable and each bedroom has its own private bath. We really enjoyed our long weekend in Townsend. We went hiking and tubing, visited the pool at Wild Laurel Resort, explored the Tuckaleechee Caverns and visited Dollywood.

Fall Family Gathering

Wonderful accommodations, fantastic views. Dishwasher had not been emptied and dishes were still in it . Kitchen and living area needed to be swept or vacuumed. That was not a reflection on the owner, but the cleaning crew. Awesome cabin, well appointed and comfortable beds! Would definitely recommend!
