Farmstay in Town of Italy

"My family had a great time swimming (lake and pool) and we enjoyed the 3rd of July festivities. We also took day trips to Stoneybrook and Letchworth. Lots of things to do in the area. I spent a lot of time on the porch overlooking the lake with coffee and a book. Would definitely come back."

"The house was in a great location for all things Finger Lakes. It was large enough to accommodate 6 of us. It was very spacious overall and clean. There was a water issue while we were there, but the owner worked with us to fix it and had people come check on it. Overall, it was a great home base for us. We took advantage of the lovely enclosed porch and the fire pit. There is some road noise as the house is fairly close to Route 14, but we soon got used to it. Thanks again!"

"Perfect for trip, close to wineries and a short drive to Watkins Glen. Check in was easy. We were greeted in person by the host and he showed us around and introduced us to Barney, the cat. Mark gave us a very good tour of his wine making facility and we were able to taste the wine. A great learning experience that you don’t normally get. House was somewhat secluded, but that made it very quiet. But still just 5 minutes off the highway. So made it easy to explore the southwest side of Seneca...
