"The room was just as advertised. The staff was very responsive when communicating via the Expedia app. Location was ideal as public transportation was easily accessible (bus stop was right next to the hotel). "The staff are really nice and sweet, it is a love hotel so there’s a lot of people, and a lot of sounds, I complained about the sound and I got a new room on a flor where there was no sound. The location is a bit from Seoul but very easy to get to Seoul tower only 15-20 min by bus. "

While very little english is spoken by the people i interacted with I managed to ask a couple question using using google translate and they were happy to accomodate. "I have checked room and washroom door didn't close well. I told to staff and he show other room and changed room. I liked the new room, every day clean room and new towels.
Location was great. Close Dabsimni staion and from the staion i can travel in Seoul easy.
