"Nice clean room"

"We literally went into the room, saw the condition, found another hotel in the same plaza and left. The sink was leaking, lights flickering, bugs in the bathroom scurrying around, and a dried used contact on the rug. I cannot imagine what was living in the bed. If you want a disease, this is the place for you. The front desk girls were very pleasant however have no authority to refund you and the manager never called me per my request. "

"Laundry machines were a joke. Too many people smoking on the property so I couldn’t open my balcony. "

"I was only there for a short stay and I get it's not in the greatest area. In the short time I has some free time I was hoping to get outside and enjoy some warm weather. The pool was getting cleaned and the pool area really was not that inviting. And while there was some outside space in front of the entrance it also was not that inviting. Maybe somehow isolating it with some plants or whatever from the vehicle noise and people waiting for rides would help. Just seemed like a smoking area to me."
