Our room and our friends room had hairs all over the bathroom floor and in the bath so it was not clean enough. We had booked the restaurant for dinner and it was not busy when we arrived. However it took about 1h 30 for our food to arrive. We ended up cancelling our starters because it all took so long. "Beautiful apartment, everything was spotless & new. WiFi was great, bed was huge & comfortable with a great view. Huge balcony & lovely seating area to dine. Kitchen had everything you needed & bonus wine fridge. Apartment slept 6, we were just 2 so lots of space. 2 bedrooms, one en-suite, separate toilet & bathroom with bath. Underfloor heating was great so never felt cold. Bath robes & slippers provided for us which was so great for the fantastic Spa. The Jacuzzi had very powerful jets, just what you need after days skiing, huge steam room & sauna. Lovely plunge pool & swimming pool. Underground free parking. Staff very helpful & free ski bus to slopes. "
