"What a gem! This hotel was awesome - the staff were wonderfully lovely, they had an excellent restaurant and the rooms were cozy and had everything you needed. The hotel is off of the main strip but accessible easily by train (train station is a 5-7 minute walk) and they also have a shuttle that you can reserve during the day. We loved it and would happily come back again. "

"Wonderful stay at Hotel L’Arboisie! Staff were very friendly and courteous. The services were excellent including the shuttle services that takes you to Megeve town and to the slopes. We had a room with a balcony and the views were spectacular. They also had a complimentary afternoon tea and cakes which was great. The hotel looks and feels luxurious and had amazing amenities. Would greatly recommend! "

"This place went above and beyond on every level. My brother and I were very late checking in after midnight. The hospitality that we were shown and the grace that was given for our late check-in was so appreciated. They literally left the light on for us.Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time. "The staff and employees are one of the best i see in my 25 years of traveling at the LHW and Relais Chateau Hotels all over the world. "Cleaning and maintenance needed! Paper peeling off in the bathroom. Outside chair on the balcony was dirty and broken. Balcony covered in cobwebs. Bedroom door would not lock from inside. Bedding was clean, good towels and a good shower. Good location, great views."

L’établissement est magnifique, les prestations sont de grande qualité et nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’espace spa, très agréable (même si nous avons parfois constaté que la règle concernant la présence des enfants après 18h30 n’était pas toujours respectée).
