Decent property near perfect. The only complaint was some mould on the shower head. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good location, walkable to the centre and a few grocery stores.

good value and location
PROS Good value accommodations that is located about a 15 minutes walk to city center outskirts, but still within relatively close proximity. The room was clean and offered small kitchenette with electric stove top and mini fridge. Many Asian and ethnic restaurants are nearby for dinner and open at 19:00. CONS Bed could be more comfortable. No climate control in hotel room. I arrived on a very hot day, so a/c or fan would have been appreciated. BEST Front desk staff were extremely friendly, gracious, helpful, and offered many helpful recommendations to see the city.

I travel a lot and I love this hotel. Best one in Toulouse :) Hotel manager and receptionists are so amazing, easygoing and helpful. Room is spacious and clean, bed super comfy. And breakfast is really really good :)

It is an ok hotel. We got a good deal but unlike in other hotels of the same rating the service really reflected the cheap price. The hall carpet was smelly, the room was nice and spacious, bathroom hshower handle was loose and we had it falling on us. Had to ask twice for more soap as they did not bother to replace. There was an Asian guy at front desk who was the most unfriendly I ever had experienced in my life. He is degenerou not cut to be attending people.

Toulouse travels
This was a great hotel. The location is great; it’s a ten minute walk from the train station and very closed to the city centre. The hotel itself was very clean and modern and we liked the simple design. The room was good – although a little small, it was very well designed and so did not feel cramped and the kitchenette was well equipped. It even had a dishwasher! The staff deserve special mention for being very warm and friendly. They provided many useful tips for restaurants etc. and even rang us to tell us when our room was ready. (We had arrived early before check-in time.) We loved the fact that the hotel had a small gym, pool and sauna. We did not have the buffet breakfast so cannot comment on this. It was also excellent value so overall we were incredibly happy with it and would highly recommend it.

Room was advertised as a family room but never mentioned that the main bed was upstairs (like a loft) which meant that the bathroom was at the furthest point in the suite from the bed. The kitchenette was well equipped and adequate towels were provided for a family. Location is very good and reasonably quiet at night.

It's OK.
I didn't have much choice due to late booking and I took a risk with regards to the previous reports of bad smells in the rooms. Well I can now report that it really is quite unpleasant, especially when you return to your room from being out all day. I assume the smell comes from the drains and it spoiled what would otherwise have been a good stay. We complained to reception but were told that the hotel was full and they couldn't move us so we were stuck with it. On a posititive note, the rooms are clean and comfortable and have a small (enclosed) kitchenette area but I wouldn't like to do much more than boil an egg as it does have limitations (see pictures). The room isn't exactly spacious so we lived out of our suitcases for 3 nights as there's no space to unpack. Our room wasn't serviced on the middle day and if you stay for longer periods you are expected to negotiate the maze in the basement to dispose of your own waste. (You' get charged if you don't). Approximately 20 minutes walking distance from the station even with suitcases and not rushing, and a short walk to the nearest shops so it is in a good location. Staff were friendly but the smells would deter me from re-booking.

Simply loved it!
Fell in love with the place. Clean, airy, comfy. Staff super nice and accommodating. Quaint neighborhood close to everything. My only regret was that i had to leave. Merci!

Great value for money.
Arrived at around midday to be informed that our room would not officially be ready until 3pm, however after a short period using the free wifi in the lobby, the friendly receptionist was able to give us our key. We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and the comfort of the bed. Although we did not use the kitchenette in our room, it looked more than adequate if you wished to self cater. That said, there is a great variety or restaurants in the vicinity. Overal, great value for money

Friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable bed, convenient location, bonus of having kitchenette (with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, small refrigerator, small microwave/conventional oven combination, etc). Small but practical room that met my needs perfectly for my 6 night stay.

We booked for 2nights but when we got to the hotel, we were told that we don't have a reservation. They said, they didn't receive our reservation which we already paid But they found a room for us. (better room than we booked.) How nice! If it was high season, we probably wouldn't get a room.

Même si la chambre était propre, le personnel agréable, je ne garde pas un bon souvenir de ce séjour car je n'ai pas pu dormir pendant 2 nuits à cause des nuisances sonores provoquées par un bar situé dans la rue, dont la musique très forte résonnait à travers les murs de ma chambre. J'ai contacté le réceptionniste à 3 reprises, il n'avait pas l'air surpris, le phénomène se répétant depuis plusieurs week ends mais le problème c'est qu'ils n'ont toujours pas réussi à résoudre la situation. Inquiétant quand même ?
