"The hotel is right across the train station which is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and accommodating especially the operations manager. The hotel is really in need of remodeling almost everywhere. The elevator and the carpet in the corridors are so dirty and old. Breakfast was good and offered variety of items. Overall the hotel is good with a tendency to just ok."

"Hôtel confortable mais commençant à manquer d'entretien (cadre de porte de salle de bain manquant, fenêtre fermant mal). L'insonorisation de notre chambre (donnant sur Villeneuve) était franchement déficiente (bruit de musique et chants venant des terrasses à l'arrière jusqu'à 2 heures du matin). Personnel irréprochable."

"We loved our stay here. The hotel was clean and comfortable, studio room small but well-equipped. We did find some dishes needed washing before use but that wasn't an issue for us. The hotel provided a small amount of cleaning supplies that lasted well. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was calm and very much welcome during the heatwave! Only a 15-minute walk from the nearest metro, which took a 6 minute journey into the centre of Toulouse. If you want a balcony, book a full apartment over a studio- this was not clear to us on the listing. I am unsure if all apartments have balconies, but the option to choose this would have made our stay perfect."
