This is a lovely hotel a few minutes walk from the Airport bus stop at Jeanne d'Arc so easy and hassle free travel to the airport in 30 minutes. A great location means all the main sites and attractions are within walking distance but if you're not inclined the Metro is nearby, cheap and easy to navigate. We did not eat at the hotel but the rooms were clean with new towels every morning and the staff were friendly and attentive. Perfect for a long weekend.

Hôtel très bien situé, à côté de la gare et des commerces et restaurants. Personnel très accueillant. Chambre propre et confortable. J’ai eu 2 soucis. Le premier un repas de pâtes commandés au room service, elles étaient immangeables, caoutchouteuses et sans aucun goût et pourtant facturées à 16 euros ! Une salade de fruits avec seulement des oranges !! Et le 2 eme souci la machine a nespresso en panne dans la chambre et non remplacée quand j’ai signalé, à la place on m’a fait monter un café vraiment imbuvable. Je suis une addict au café donc c’est un point important pour moi ne pas pouvoir prendre mon café au réveil .

Nice hotel near city centre

Nice hotel very friendly staff at reception. Rooms are comfy just fine for a couple of nights stay. We were but a short walk from the centre of town. Also handy was a supermarket right next door. Having a car park was handy as we couldn’t use train system because of strikes. I Would recommend this quaint hotel and yes would stay again.

Not Bad but First Impression Wasn't Great

There was nothing particularly wrong with the room, although it was a bit smaller than i anticipated. The decor was a bit drab and the "view" was dreary but the essentials were ok. I will admit to being a little surprised that it was a 4 star; it seemed more a 3. However, what was not particularly great was the entrance: a dark tunnel ending in a creaking gate that required one to buzz for entrance - but hard to find the button in the dark. That was followed by three sets of stairs to haul your luggage up. In short, you initially feel like you have walked into a horror movie. Now, as I said, in the end it was reasonably ok and the staff - Miles in particular - were all great, but this property needs to put some work into creating a better first impression. Some renovations (apparently planned) would also help.

L' hotel non è certamente catalogabile ad un 4 stelle. Massimo 3. La camera è carina ma il bagno è da rivedere: tenda in plastica, portarotoli traballante, non si può fare la doccia ma solo il bagno. A colazione il latte andato a male a colazione mi ha lasciato perplessa per il prezzo che si paga. Il tocco finale è stato quando ho chiesto ad una delle ragazze della reception dove potevo trovare una toilette di servizio. Ha sospirato perche non avevo capito in quanto intenta a chiaccherare con un collega. Ho visto hotel migliori.

Das Hotel ist zu hellhörig, das Personal reagierte nicht auf Mängelabstellung, Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat Kellerwohnung Charakter. Im schmucklosen Frühstücksraum gab z. T. saure Milch, kalten Kaffee, fehlendes Brot,keine Croissants echt. Das Hotel ist die vier Sterne nicht wert.
