Family house between Toulouse and Carcassonne

Lauragaise farm located in the commune of Saint-Paulet in the Aude, close to the channel (canal linking the lake of St Féréol to the channel of the noon), the house is ideally placed to radiate in the Toulouse countryside, Carcassonne and The black mountain. Many walks and excursions in the surroundings, for those who will have the strength to leave the house! All comfort and surrounded by a park of 6000 m2, "Les Laureux" is isolated, facing south, paradise of flowers and Mediterranean vegetation. Infinity pool, ping-pong, table football, trampoline, swing, soccer cages ... Numerous terraces in the shade or in the sun. The house is a small paradise. It is a family house rented and equipped for us but which we are happy to share. 7 rooms including a dormitory, the house can accommodate several families and up to 20 people (sofa bed in the TV room). The park is closed by an electric gate; A car park at the rear of the house can accommodate up to 6 cars. Kitchen, dining room, living room, library, games room with television, games room with table football, laundry room and 7 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor and 6 on the first floor).

Magnifique séjour dans cette maison de famille

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans cette maison de famille. Le cadre est magnifique et le lieu extrêmement calme. Pas de vis à vis et la piscine à débordement est incroyable. Un petit paradis pour les enfants (baby foot, billard, Ping Pong, jeux …) et pour les grands (beaucoup d’espace, une cuisine très bien équipée, … maison très fonctionnelle).

Maison agréable et spacieuse

Les plus : maison spacieuse, très bien équipée, grande piscine à débordement très agréable, plusieurs terrasses / tablées, super pour les enfants, jeux, trampoline, dortoir avec lits superposés et plein de jouets, table de ping pong, mini billard, pétanque. Très beaux alentours pour la course à pied, le cyclisme, accrobranche, vélo rail. Un séjour vraiment agréable et une communication très facile avec les propriétaires. À savoir : peu de réseau (selon opérateur) et un wifi qui ne fonctionne que dans une pièce (salle de jeux / TV).

Vous recherchez un lieu pour vous regrouper à environ 20 personnes, arrêtez tout vous avez trouvé ! Très belle semaine en famille dans cette grande maison où rien ne manque (la maison regorge de jeux et activités pour tous, simplement parfait !) Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour ces beaux moments passés dans leur maison.

Idéale pour son calme

Nous sommes venus à 16 personnes, chacun de nous a pu y trouver du calme, des jeux, du sport . Le descriptif est totalement conforme à la propriété, l ambiance y est très chaleureuse et conviviale . Au milieu de rien et de tout ! Magnifiques paysages alentours. Bref, que de jolis souvenirs !
