Large 2 room apartment of 45 m2 fully equipped and air conditioned with superb patio of 10 m2 full sky. Located in the historic center of Toulon, in the designer district, the apartment is nevertheless very quiet. Cozy loft style, the apartmentis close to all amenities, tourist sites, beaches and a stone's throw from the port.

It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, an open and equipped kitchen, a dining area, a separate bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet.

A place of relaxation for a peaceful stay.

Perfect location in Toulon, just 1 block to La Rue des Artes and no more than a 10 - 15 walk to anywhere in the city. Very quiet even though it's in a central location.

Loved this place!!

Eric was very good with communicating specifics with us, and was able to meet us outside of the property a bit later, since our train arrived in the evening. He explained most of the necessities to us and even provided a map of Toulon. We loved being able to cook small meals in the kitchen, and the location was perfect for Harbor access. The apartment is beautiful, has AC, and a comfortable bed. The only drawbacks for us - having to purchase our own dish washing soap (which we donated to the place), and not knowing how to turn on the lights in the VERY dark hallway. (We used our phone flashlights for the first day, but then figured it out later.) We would absolutlely stay here again!

Excellent stay in Toulon !

Eine sehr schöne, behagliche Wohnung in der Altstadt von Toulon mit voller Ausstattung, Restaurants, Bars und insbesondere die mit vielen Restaurants gesäumte Hafeneile in unmittelbarer fußgängiger Nähe. Super als Ausgangspunkt, um die Côte d´Azur zwischen Hyères und Marselle zu erkunden. Parkplatz sehr nahe an der Wohnung im Parkhaus Place d´Armes (am Marine-Hafen) zu erschwinglichem Preis vorab zu buchen. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt in einer schönen, nicht so von Touristen überlaufenen Stadt. Sehr besuchenswert in Toulon: Marinemuseum, Inselüberfahrten mit dem Linienboot und der mehrmals in der Woche stattfindende Markt in der Altstadt mit provenecalischen Köstlichkeiten.

Agréable séjour

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans l’appartement d’Eric. Il est très attentif à ses hôtes et donne pleins de conseils pour découvrir la ville sous tous ses angles ( resto, plages, musées…) L’appartement est dans un quartier vivant mais très calme. Il est très bien équipé et les commerces ainsi que les transports sont tous à proximité de l’appartement. Tout est réuni pour que le séjour soit agréable !

Très bon séjour

Très bon emplacement du logement avec juste à côté un place où les terrasses de bar vous propose pleinsde bonne choses, à quelques mètre le port avec ses restaurants et ses bateaux navette pour voyager un peu partout, proche de la gare sncf et d'arrêts de bus. De notre côté nous n' avons pas vue notre séjour passé.

Très bel appartement plutôt bien situé, à proximité du immédiate du port ! Propriétaire vraiment très très sympathique !! Petit bémol : les oreillers sont très plats et ne permettent pas de passer les meilleures nuits ;-)

Très bel appartement

Nous avons apprécié puisque, 4 semaines après, nous réservons à nouveau pour quelques nuits. Cet appartement a une bonne superficie, les pièces sont bien agencées. Il y a tout le matériel nécessaire. Très bien situé.
