Très belle maison avec une vue incroyable sur la mer. Très bien située, en bordure du village

Un petit paradis pour des retrouvailles en famille dans une région chère à notre cœur, Le petit village, les calanques, les pinèdes , tout est là pour faire le plein des saveurs et senteurs du sud. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement qui était confortable et très bien placé. Nous avons beaucoup aimé. Les petites attentions laissées par la propriétaire nous ont bien régalés à notre arrivée. Situé au coeur de la presqu'île, cet appartement est très beau, lumineux et fonctionnel.Très bien équipé, et confortable .La vue sur la mer est époustouflante.Le grand jardin permet également de profiter d'une vue imprenable. Bel appartement très bien situé, vue exceptionnelle

Bel appartement au dernier étage d’une maison ancienne dans le village, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. L’accueil d’Anne et sa famille est très attentionné et le contact très agréable. L’appartement est situé au dernier étage de la maison avec son propre jardin et un accès indépendant, un peu en retrait du centre du village, avec des vues magnifiques sur la mer. La disposition garantit la tranquillité bien que la famille d’Anne vive sur place. Un séjour que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Séjour parfait dans cet appartement très confortable, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Superbes vues sur mer, à 2 pas de la boulangerie et mini-marché et à 10min seulement des plages. Fantastische Lage - gut eingerichtete Wohnung - hilfreiche und sympathische Gastgeber

Lage: Die Wohnung im obersten Stockwerk eines dreigeschossigen Hauses hat einen eigenen Zugang und einen grossen Garten mit wunderbarer Aussicht, schönen Bäumen, den Resten einer alten Mühle und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Dorfkern mit Restaurants und einigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist in drei Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, der nächste Strand in 10 Minuten. Die Wohnung und besonders auch die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, die Betten sind bequem. Anne und René Poupaert sind zuvorkommende und freundliche Gastgeber. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir einige Lebensmittel - sogar hausgemachte Konfitüre - und Getränke in der Küche, so dass Gäste auch bei später Ankunft nicht hungrig bleiben. Die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvorkommend und zudem eine hervorragende Quelle für Auskünfte touristischer, praktischer und historischer Natur. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir (Familie mit 3 großen Kindern) haben 2 herrliche Ferienwochen in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Liebevolle Gastgeber, tolle Wohnungsausstattung, wunderschöner Garten mit tollem Meerblick. Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar, Strände und Tauchbasis sind gut zu erreichen. Wir waren schon einmal hier und kommen bestimmt wieder. Dank an die lieben und großzügigen Gastgeber! Nous avons passés 2 semaines dans cette maison appartement spacieux joliment décoré, bien équipé (y compris la literie) et ultra propre : nous avons particulièrement apprécié l accueil des propriétaires et bien sûr la superbe vue sur mer. Les criques ou la plage de l almanar sont à quelques minutes à pied.

Appartement très agréable et moderne, situé au dernier étage d'une grande maison. Accès direct sur un très grand jardin, où l'on peut déjeuner, se reposer, ou s'amuser. Les vues, à la fois vers le large, et vers Hyères et sa presqu'ile, sont fantastiques. Commodités proches. Accès à pieds à la très belle plage de l'Almanarre. Magnifique propriété - tout confort - superbe vue

Très chouette appartement de 3 chambres (pas toujours facile à trouver en France), parfaitement équipé et suffisamment spacieux. Localisation parfaite dans le village de Giens, à 15 minutes à pied de la grande plage (côté Ouest), une des plus belles de toute la Côte. La plage est également facilement accessible en voiture même les week-ends d'affluence. La vue depuis le jardin est magnifique. Les propriétaires, Anne et René sont absolument charmants. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances.

Das hinter der Kirche von Giens ruhig und zentral gelegene Apartment befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten vom kleinen Ortszentrum mit Kiosk, Post, Supermarkt, Café, mehreren Restaurants und – nicht zu vergessen – dem Bäcker entfernt. Dort gibt es die leckersten, vor Butter triefenden Croissants! Das große, gemütliche Wohnzimmer bot einen grandiosen Blick aufs Meer, die vorbeiziehenden Schiffe und die üppige Vegetation der Halbinsel Hyères – Eukalyptusbäume, Aleppokiefern, Schirmpinien. Kurze Wege kommen vor allem Familien mit Kindern entgegen. Der Strand der Surfer und Kite-Surfer an der Westküste des Damms ist vom Apartment aus zu Fuß zu erreichen. Als sehr nette Gastgeber erwiesen sich die Vermieter, die im selben Haus das Erdgeschoss bewohnen. Anne und René Poupaert stellten sicher, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Des vacances formidables

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cet appartement qui est vraiment grand, luxueux et confortable. Il y a même un accès WIFI. L'ameublement est très joli et la vue sur la mer est magnifique. Le jardin est aussi beau, bien entretenu et grand. L'appartement se trouve presque dans le centre du village, mais la situation est calme. En plus, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, hospitaliers et serviables. La presqu'île est super pour faire des activités (des randonnés, de la natation,...). En outre, Giens est un bon point de départ pour faire des excursions et pour découvrir la Côte d'Azur (Nice, Cannes, Saint Tropez,...) ou la Provence (Aix-en-Provence, Avignon,...). Nous sommes absolument ravis!

Wonderful place, amazing sea view

Both close to Giens center and the beach. The mediterranean garden is incredible. The appartment is very well furnished and equiped. Clearly we spent very good vacation in this quiet place. The owner Anne is a charming person and knows how to very welcome people.
