- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and mirror (semi-open with access from the master suite).
- Separate WC (accessible only from the master suite)

- Covered summer kitchen with barbecue, sink, bar with stools, and dining table.
- Large L-shaped paved terrace with garden furniture under shaded pergola.
- 4x2m above-ground swimming pool (open from 1 June to 15 September).
- Various relaxation areas and a plot of land for budding explorers.

A 20m² garage is available for storing bikes, motorbikes and a car.

The district, located away from the city and close to Revest-les-Eaux, is popular for its tranquility and its enchanting natural setting.
Although it is peaceful, it is not isolated. There are several small local shops, such as bakeries, grocery stores and cafes.
