Beaches 80 meters away, Mediterranean villa for 4 people

Holidays in the Mediterranean on the outskirts of Toulon above the beaches surrounded by greenery, in a charming 1900 villa with sea view (refurbished in 2017).
Two double bedrooms (one on the small garden and one on the large terrace on the first), a sofa-bed in the living room, bathroom wc, kitchen. Comfort.
Access on foot via the customs path which leads to the sea and serves 50 m below two sunny beaches.
An authentic Mediterranean holiday, to swim, fish, dive and relax in a natural setting. On foot in the neighborhood: 3 restaurants, a bakery and a Pizzeria to take away. 500m supermarket.

Further, from 3 to 20 km by bus, car or boat: the Rade de Toulon, the peninsula St Mandrier, Le Mont Faron and its Zoo at the top of the mountains, Ile de Porquerolle, Ile du Levant. In Toulon, 3 km away, the large Mourillon beaches (entertainment, water sports restaurants) and the typical Toulon market, accessible by bus. 15km away, Hyères airport.

Lovely little house, beautiful beach

We had a very nice vacation in this lovely little house. The children enjoyed the bedroom of the upper floor very much because there was much space for them to play. Next to the property is a strongly frequented pedestrian walkway. Sometimes is is used by motor scooters as well, so it is not the most quiet place on earth but it was not as much that it disturbed us at night. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded. We had very tasty food from the bakery and the pizzaria nearby. Our contact person took care of our requests very quickly.

Mooie en leuke locatie, vlak aan zee (behoorlijke steile afdaling, naar een kiezelstrand met veel stenen in de zee). Goede voorzieningen, mooi uitzicht. Redelijke bedden. In de avond soms geluidsoverlast (harde muziek) en langs scheurende scooters van en naar de zee.

Situation idéale très proche de la mer

Calme, tranquillité, vue mer sur la terrasse du haut, bref un excellent séjour. Petit bémol, manque de propreté de la terrasse extérieure qui est en terre battu et qui nous a parue assez dangereuse.

Maison correspondante à l annonce. Très bien située sûr le chemin descendant à la mer. Anse magaud à 2min tres joli vue.Cuisine bien équipée. 2 grandes chambres. Accueil par Fred très arrangeant et disponible. Les ventilateurs et là chambre de l étage pourraient être " raffraichi ".

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour . Les deux anses sont magnifiques. De belles promenades à faire . Il manque juste un peu de vaisselles . La vie du solarium est magnifique le soir pour y prendre l’apéro . A refaire !

Le volume de la résidence est bien. Mais les abords laissent à désirer, pas de revêtement en dur aux abords de la résidence. Ce n’est pas évident de maintenir la maisonnette propre. Concernant le parking, vu l’affluence des deux plages à proximité, il est très difficile de se garer. Propreté du logement 👉 bof

Propriété bien située dans le genre plutôt rudimentaire

Propriété à l’intérieur sommaire avec juste le strict minimum, la douche est glissante et un antidérapant ne serait pas inutile, sûrement plus agréable un peu plus tard dans la saison car l’atmosphère était humide et fraiche le soir et le matin , heureusement grâce à Fred très disponible nous avons pu récupérer un radiateur.La propriété est bien située proche des criques de Magaud et Mejean , c’est ce qui en fait l’intérêt.

Aufenthalt mit allen Fassetten

Eigentlich perfekt gelegenes und cachiertes Ferienhaus…! Sofort im Ortseingang liegendem, mit Kanonen verziertem Kreisverkehr vor La Garde befindet sich der mit Pinien bestückte Eingang mit riesen Stahltor zum Mietobjekt. Jedoch ohne ortskundige Person unauffindbar…Das kurze Betreten des Anwesens ist nur für das schnelle Ausladen des Wagens gestattet, danach ist man der freien Parkfindung im Umkreis wieder ausgesetzt. Die dürftig und spärlich ausgestattenen Zimmer geben nicht mal Camping-Feeling von sich. Mein Pech war es allerdings, Freitags am Ankunftstag , den genauen Zeitpunkt einer Hauseigenen und überfüllten Sickergrube angetroffen zu haben. Jeglicher bis Mittwoch anhaltende sanitärer Ausfall möchte ich im gegenseitigem Respekt zu meinen 3 weiblichen Mietreisenden nicht erwähnen. Vor allem Nachts nicht…! ! ! Ich habe mir keinerlei Entschuldigung oder. Entschädigung erwartet aber möchte Alle warnen….Wahnsinn!

Sehr cool gelegene Unterkunft direkt am Meer

Sehr gute Unterkunft, sehr nah in Fußwegnähe zum Meer, gut zum Schnorchel, schwimmen. Außerdem gibt es in 5min Fußweg eine Bäckerei und Karaokebar. Man hat vom Balkon einen wirklch coolen Blick aufs Meer. Nachts kann es im Umkreis manchmal etwas lauter werden.

"bad" "experience

Les conditions d'accueil dans cette maison ont été tres médiocres... lits non faits après 1 journée de transport avec des enfants, ( gros montants pour 4 malheureux draps et quelques serviettes!) pas de serviettes de bain autant que nous l'aurions souhaité (...il ne les pas trouvés chez lui !) , pas de torchons alors qu'il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle (croyez vous sincèrement qu'à notre époque on voyage avec un trousseau !) pas un brin de savonnette ! Pas une serpillère décente ! Un jardin à l'abandon avec: une vieille savate pourrie dans l'escalier d'accès et une bouteille d'eau minérale vide qui jonche le sol) pas de parasol en juillet, sur la cote d'azur, en pleine journée ! Pas une zone où l'on puisse déjeuner dehors à l'ombre le midi! (puisque pas de parasol) Et un sol de " jardin" digne d'une cour de ferme du 19eme siecle (terre battue et graviers qui blessent les pieds) Etant donné le sol poussiereux (terre battue) de l'exterieur nous passions notre temps à nettoyer, en vain... Mais le pire est d'avoir eu à subir les nuisances d'un établissement festif (il est vrai: pas de la responsabilité du propriétaire de la maison) juste au dessus, qui pendant les 3 premières nuits "a fait hurler la sono jusqu'à des 4 heures du matin, nous obligeant à dormir avec des bouchons (nous qui étions venus chercher le calme !!!) et malgré ça, entendions les boom boom ... il a fallu aller , à 2 reprises, me plaindre et négocier avec le propriétaire (je n'ai rien contre son business) et appeler la police ne pleine nuit, le 5eme jour il a légèrement baissé le volume mais à l'approche du WE nous avons préférer quitter les lieux pour retrouver un peu de calme et bien dormir. J'ai demandé le remboursement de la nuit que nous n'avons pas passé sur place et là, ai obtenu comme reponse que nous avions laissé la maison "dégueulasse" et qu'en subtance on devait s'estimer heureux de recuperer notre caution...bref c'est pas la classe, beaucoup d'amateurisme ! bad experience !

Heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit leuke huisje!

Mooi huisje op een rustige plek. Elke dag afgedaald via het steile weggetje naar één van de 2 prachtige baaitjes. De terugweg is een flinke beklimming (we hebben onze hollandse kuitspieren flink getraind. :-) Het interieur van het huisje is nieuw en schoon. Van het tegenover gelegen park hebben we geen last gehad. Enige kleine minpuntje: Er is geen parkeerplek bij het huisje. Het is af en toe even zoeken naar een parkeerplek langs de doorgaande weg, We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit huisje!
