Great staff and nice room, somewhat noisy at times
Big room, big bed, very comfortable. Staff were very welcoming at check in and very helpful and professional all around. Convenience store essentially onsite - there's a door directly between the two - plus vending machines with limited contents. Laundry room is big, two washers and two dryers, bring your own detergent or buy it at the front desk. Some noise from trains and traffic gets in but tends to be quiet from around midnight to 6am which is the most important bit anyway, wasn't woken up at 3am or anything like that.

Great service, hotel a little rough around the edges. Last refurb was probably in the 80s, but excellent staff in a region with few tourists. Great base for fans of Conan to explore Yura.

Perfect room a stone's throw away from JR Tottori
Very convenient near the station and bus terminal, with AEON supermarket nearby and many mini marts. Service is great, rooms are comfortable and clean. What more can I ask for?

This older business hotel is badly in need of renovation. My tiny, overpriced room with a double bed had old, scratched up furniture and an outdated unit bath. My room looked out over rusty air conditioning units. Slippers in the room were sketchy. This hotel was not up to the standard of newer business hotels in Japan, yet was more expensive than most.

Unexpected extra charge for 2 persons in twin room
The maximum occupancy of the twin room was 2 persons. But when 2 persons moved in, the hotel staff asked for additional fee since I wrongly entered 1 person when I booked. Either the website was misleading or the hotel was unreasonable in charging additional fee for a room intended for 2 persons.

Comfortable Hotel conveniently by train station
We stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel staff were very pleasant. Both my Japanese and my friend's Japanese are rusty, but the staff were very accommodating and sweet. The room was small, but comfortable. The nightgowns that were there to wear were super pleasant and everything was very clean. I'd recommend staying here.

I had a lengthy stay at The Washington Hotel Plaza which I found to be pleasing in every aspect. The staff at the reception desk were most attentive and helpful . My Japanese vocabulary is very limited ,,,but they did their best to understand my needs and questions . No complaints at all .

Nothing to write home about but no complaints
The hotel is very convenient for the train/bus station. Having free WiFi rental was useful. The room was clean and functional, bed comfortable. Although I wasn't allowed to check in early they kept my luggage at reception for me so I was able to get out and about and enjoy the Prefecture. I didn't use the hotel facilities or have the breakfast so cannot comment on these. Overall nothing spectacular but I certainly had no complaints either and have no reason not to stay there again.

would defiantly stay there again!
i was really surprised at how close it was to the train station very great location and my room i stayed in was beautiful very nice. there were a few stains on the chair and floor but compared to the nice view very soft bed and comfortable bath i was very happy

As expected it was business-hotel like. The room wasn't large but adequate. There was a nice counter across one end that held the TV and a small refrigerator underneath. The fridge was tiny with no real freezer compartment and only room for a few drink cans. The beds were very firm. We spent a comfortable night after being at the Sand Dunes and Sand Museum during the day. It is very conveniently located to train station, buses, and even had a convenience store on the first level. The ice machine was only on one floor and supplied a limited amount of crushed ice before running out. The air conditioning wasn't strong, but the front desk graciously supplied us with a fan when we requested one. We stayed in a non-smoking room and there was a faint smell of tobacco, but might have come through the air conditioning. The bathroom was very compact with the toilet, bath and shower in one small room and we needed to climb into the deep tub to take a shower, which was a little tricky for me as I was still recovering from knee surgery. Overall, we found it to be just what we needed--an adequate reasonably priced room near the sightseeing places we wanted to visit.

The room that I stayed was very clean and relatively spacious. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Yet the bed (especially mattress) in the room was quite old and uncomfortable, making squeaky sound. In addition, a corridor was too dark even during daytime.

お値段的には妥当だと思います。 リフォーム済みでユニットバスの手洗いのカビと 便器前にゴミが落ちていた以外はよかったです。 アメニティなどはロビーで必要ならいただいていく形でした。 フロントの方がそっけないのが旅の疲れもあって気になりました。
