  • The cottage is ideal for long weekends and holiday breaks to explore this wonderful market town and the unique Devon countryside. Totnes is 5 miles from the sea, close to Dartmoor and Exeter. Plymouth and Cornwall are just 25 miles away.

    The cottage features a lounge, kitchen/dining and a garden terrace offering outside space for drinks and dining. There are 2 bedrooms (1 double bed,1 twin bed) and bathroom in the top floor.

    Totnes is a lively market town offering good shopping and public transport. The cottage is close to the bus station and supermarkets. The railways station is 10-15 minutes walk away.
