It was horrible. They us a room with an unbearable smell the first day. On thr secon day, the bathroom drain broke and the smell of bathroom pipes became unbearable. We reported the issue asking for someone to come i side the room to check what happened. And they claimed the maintennance contact was out, and that they could give us another room but as everything left was more expensive we had to pay. Only after we pronounce THE SMELL WAS UNHEALTHY and that we qoukd report it to local Health Authorities that everything was sorted and fixed for ua in minutes s. Horrible experience

El alojamiento en general estuvo muy bien acorde calidad precio el problema es que al contratarlo a través de Expedia me salió más caro que si lo hubiera hecho en el propio centro y Expedia no tuvo el detalle de cambiar el régimen siquiera o hacer algún tipo de cortesía

Équipement extérieur de l’hôtel parfait les piscines, arcade , terrain foot vraiment très bien. L’appartement est bien mais les vieilles plaques sont vraiment à revoir. TRES BON HOTEL FAMILIAL , SEJOUR TRES PLAISANT , BONNE CUISINE COPIEUSE ET VARIEE . LA PENSION COMPLETE EST UNE BONNE AFFAIRE. L'HOTEL EST ENTOURE DE MONTAGNES, L'AIR EST TRES SAIN. LA PLAGE EST A 3 KM, ET LA VILLE DE TOSSA EST AGREABLE.

Hemos estado bastante bien, limpieza diaria en la habitación recién reformada y amplia, la animación bastante bien, por poner alguna pega la piscina un poco pequeña y llena de niños pequeños, la comida normal lo mejor el desayuno, un poco agobiante las colas para el comedor

Me gustó mucho la animacion. Un saludo a Ferran, sin el no habria sido lo mismo. Son todos geniales. En general nos gusto mucho todo. Camareros super amables y toda la gente q alli trabaja. Limpieza muy bien y comida tambien. Los niños disfrutaron mucho. Nada malo q decir. Por cierto, camas muy comodas.

A déconseillé !!!

Nous n'avons pas été satisfait de notre séjour dans cet hôtel, nous n'y reviendrons plus ! Nous avons pris une pension all inclusive pour ne pas à sortir de l’hôtel aux moments des repas. Or la capacité de la salle de restaurant ne peut accueillir le nombre de personnes séjournant à l’hôtel. Pour chaque repas, nous devions attendre notre tour dehors dans un escalier avec une enfant de 4 ans entre 40 min et 1 heure. Les heures d'ouverture du restaurant sont pour le soir de 19h30 à 22h30. Des personnes faisaient déjà la queue à 19h00 préférant attendre 30 minutes plutôt qu'une heure !! Nous étions en vacances, c'est donc inadmissible d'attendre de la sorte ! Les vacances sont synonymes de calme et non de stress. Nous avons du prendre nos repas à l’extérieur de l’hôtel ce qui a occasionné de la logistique pour nous ainsi que des dépenses supplémentaires car nous avons payé en double !! Nous avons dès le premier jour signalé cette aberration, les managers ont été de mauvaises fois en nous disant qu'il fallait venir à d'autres créneaux horaires, sauf que de 19h00 à 22h30 c'est de l'attente non stop, n'importe quel moment où l'on se présentait !! Puis ils nous ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient pas pousser les murs ! Sur ce point, nous sommes d'accord sauf que l'on accepte pas des réservations en All inclusive si le restaurant n'est pas adapté aux vacanciers ! Si j'avais pu lire un tel commentaire je n'aurais JAMAIS réservé dans cet hôtel ! Extrêmement déçu par cette hôtel !!!
