Es un lindo viejo hotel, bien mantenido y cuidado, donde todo funciona como esta previsto. No hay grandes inconvenientes. El personal es muy amable, sólo algunas instancias de solicitudes o pedidos no fueron bien atendidas. Por ejemplo, en el bar no tenían leches vegetales (para el café), ni estuvieron dispuestos a comprar una, tuvimos que comprarla nosotros para darla al bar. Pero es algo entendible. En general mi evaluación es muy buena.

Era una estancia para mis padres. Llevábamos 20 años yendo a Tossa y después de la pandemia hacía ya 3 que no podíamos veranear allí. Definitivamente, solo con llegar estuvieron más que satisfechos tanto con instalaciones, limpieza, personal y actividades nocturnas del hotel (entretenimiento). Quedaron súper contentos por todo, en especial también por la comida y la COMODIDAD DE LOS COLCHONES (punto 1 en un hotel). Y yo no puedo estar más agradecido a que el personal hiciese de su estancia algo especial, repetiremos sin duda, pues llevábamos 20 años yendo al mismo hotel (hasta que ha cambiado de manos) y necesitábamos una nueva opción, y sin duda alguna ya será nuestro establecimiento para toda la família cada vez que vayamos a nuestro pueblo de adopción. Perfecto todo, por comentar algo quizá sí haría falta una pequeñísima remodelación de algunas habitaciones, pero dudo que sea nada que no sepa ya la dirección y, en cualquier caso, carece de importancia teniendo en cuenta que vas allí a dormir y lo que interesa es comodidad y no modernez. Un pleno total, no lo dudéis!!!

Très bon sejour en famille ,personnel tres gentil et au petit soins , un hotel que je retournerai volontier , seul point negatif de faire la queue au buffet le soir avec un enfant de 3ans pas facile, et les heures d ouverture des buffets un peu tard.

Gute Lage am Rand der Altstadt, keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel (nur zur Miete ca. 100 Meter entfernt). Sehr nettes Team. Zimmer okay (und hellhörig wie fast überall), aber nur wenige Zimmer mit Meerblick. Dreimal in der Woche gute Livemusik, die sonstige Beschallung am Pool etc. ist etwas intensiv. Bitte mehr Kaffeemaschinen!

Äußerst gut gelegenes Hotel. Nur wenige minuten Fußweg in die Altstadt, zum Strand und an die Burg. Nettes Hotel. Das Personal gibt sich wirklich sehr viel Mühe und ist sehr, sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und angenehm. Die Zimmer haben einen schönen Balkon, welcher nicht rießig ist aber von der größe her mehr als ausreichend. Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem Hotel und waren als Paar unterwegs.
