"ファミリーで利用しました。大人数やファミリーでの利用が主だと思いますが、キッチンやお風呂が狭すぎて何かとストレスでした。また2階は歩く度に天井がミシミシ音がして底が抜けないか心配でした。子供達はソファーのクッションで遊んでいましたが、クッション下は食べかすやホコリだらけで汚く、掃除が行き届いていないなーという印象です。最終的にはお隣の1棟の人達が夜21時以降もBBQや外で騒いでおり、小さい子供がいる我が家にはうるさくて非常に迷惑でした。トラブルになるのも嫌なので何も言えませんでしたが、こういう時に無人だとすぐに言えるところがなく不 便だと感じました。決まりごととして事前にメールでは配信されていますが、読む読まない人、ルールを守らない人もいます。たまたまかもしれませんが、1回限りの利用ですし、印象が悪ければ二度と利用しようとは思いません。"
