great house in a very quiet location with small defects

When we arrived we were greeted in a friendly manner. Everything was as described or as you can see in the pictures. We especially liked the large pool, the outdoor dining area, the simple furnishings and the proximity to the sea. If you had any questions, you immediately got a friendly answer from the owner. We also found out that there are no pool towels and the cleanliness is not really good in some places. The location is very quiet and the beautiful beach is not overcrowded. For shopping you have to drive a few minutes out of the village or 15 minutes to the next nice town. L'Estartit, Torroella de Montgrí there we also recommend to walk along the harbour. All in all we were very happy with the house and had a relaxing holiday.

We loved the villa !! Open spaces modern style and really comfy. Few little things like the cutlery was a bit cheap and nasty and some of the utensils were a bit naff but I’m sure the owners will look at this after reading this review. Overall we could not ask for a better villa with its quality rooms and amazing garden with a massive pool which was spotless. Communication with the owner was also spot on.

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und alle Zimmer sind auf einer Ebene. Die Schlafzimmer und der Wohnraum werden über eine zentrale Klimaanlage gekühlt, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Der Wohn- und Essraum ist geräumig und man könnte sich bei schlechterem Wetter hier gut aufhalten. Alle Räume waren bei der Ankunft sauber und gepflegt. Ansonsten spielt sich alles im Großen Gartenbereich mit Pool ab. Der Garten ist sauber und gepflegt, der Kunstrasen wird im Sommer aber sehr heiß. Der Pool ist sauber und wird wöchentlich gereinigt. Nur der Grill wurde von meinem Sohn als BBQ-Fan bemängelt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war auch einfach und problemlos. Die Bewertung des Hauses stammt von meinem Sohn, da wir wegen eines Unfalls bei der Anreise unseren Urlaub leider abbrechen mussten. Aber aufgrund der Beschreibung überlegen wir, ob wir einen zweiten Versuch vornehmen. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin Linda war übrigens auch hervorragend.

Schön ruhig im Januar/Februar

Wir durften 6 Wochen in diesem Haus verbringen. Für 2 Personen mit Hund natürlich übermässig viel Platz - das war aber richtig toll. Mas Pinell ist zu dieser Jahreszeit völlig „ausgestorben“ - kilometerlange Strände ohne eine Menschenseele. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad. Auch die meisten Restaurants waren geschlossen. Das MOOMA ist jedoch sehr zu empfehlen. Betreuung vor Ort durch Carmen und Carles war sehr nett - immer da, wenn etwas war.

Magnifique villa
