  • This bungalow has a capacity for 4 people and is located just 450 meters from the beach. It offers a community pool and has air conditioning in the living room for your comfort. Additionally, it has outdoor parking.



    The bungalow is fully equipped for you to enjoy a pleasant stay. It has a garden, outdoor furniture, and a barbecue area for you to enjoy the outdoors. There is also a children's area for the little ones. Inside, you will find heating with a heat pump for cooler days and air conditioning in the living room to keep you refreshed in the summer. It also has internet access and two televisions for your entertainment. The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets to ensure your rest.



    The kitchen is in American style and has all the necessary appliances, such as a fridge, microwave, oven, and washing machine. You will also find crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and toaster to easily prepare your meals.



    This cozy bungalow is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. From here, you will have the opportunity to explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. Additionally, you will be close to a supermarket (Raül Girona) and an excellent selection of restaurants where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine. Muy tranquilo y vecinos amables

El apartamento es perfecto para descansar: muy tranquilo, con vecinos amables y un ambiente silencioso que permite disfrutar de la calma. Sin duda, un lugar ideal para relajarse y sentirse como en casa. El apartamento es muy agradable y cómodo, pero sería recomendable revisar las tuberías, ya que en ocasiones se percibe un ligero olor. Con ese pequeño detalle solucionado, sería perfecto.

Logement calme a cette période ( fin août ) dans quartier résidentiel. Proche de la plage. Bon emplacement pour visiter la région. Logement bien équipé (Nespresso, grille pain, barbecue, ustensiles cuisine..) Odeur (égout ?)
