This corner house, with a capacity for 4 people, is 400 m from the beach and has air conditioning. It is located in a residential area with a communal pool and offers views of the garden.



The well-maintained corner garden is equipped with garden furniture and a built-in barbecue. It is a safe area for both children and pets, as it is completely fenced. In addition, it has a private parking space at the back of the house.The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with USB input. The house has air conditioning/heat pump in the living room and Wi-Fi connection. It is located a few meters from the communal area.The separate kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, hand blender, crockery/cutlery, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom is renovated and equipped with a shower.



Our accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Catalan Costa Brava. From here, you can explore the charming nearby towns of Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit. The nearest supermarket (Raül Girona) is less than 6 km away. Heerlijk huis met fijne tuin op loopafstand van het strand

Wat een heerlijk huis vonden we dit! We komen elk jaar in Mas Pinell vanwege de gunstige ligging, de rust en 'no nonsense' sfeer. Dit huis was nieuw voor ons, en wat waren we onder de indruk. Het is ruim en modern ingericht met een goed geoutilleerde keuken en rainshower in de badkamer. Het ligt op een hoek, waardoor je niet alleen een relatief grote tuin hebt, maar ook een privé parkeerplek voor de auto aan de achterkant van het huis. Er staat een prachtige loofboom op het terras voor de nodige schaduw op warme dagen. De stookplaats was een kado voor mijn gezin dat graag uitgebreid en vers kookt. En het team van Inmo Mas Pinell was als altijd weer hartelijk en gastvrij. We hebben een heerlijke onbezorgde vakantie gehad. Absolute aanrader!

Casa de una planta estupenda

La casa tenía de todo, menaje completo. El patio por la tarde noche una delicia sentarse al fresquito. La piscina bastante íntima y muy buena opción cuando el mar está revuelto. La playa a un paseo agradable de unos 5-10 minutos a un paso normal. El vecino de enfrente un poco molesto por aparcar una moto cochambrosa delante de la puerta del patio o en la de entrada. Es una buena opción para ir con mascotas. En líneas generales un lugar tranquilo y playa estupenda. Poner alguna balda en el armario de la habitación con cama de matrimonio.
