One bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen with microwave and washing machine, big terrace with view to the sea with table and chairs. Satellite television TNT-Astra.

Situated in front of the beach in Els Griells L'Estartit, Costa Brava, in Spain, at 30 meters to the beach. Basic services near like supermarket, bread shop and restaurant at 1 minute walk. Town center 1.200 meters, about 10-15 minute walk trough the sea promenade.
