"Honestly have 0 complaints about this place. I went with my fiancé and my two kids (4 years old and 6 months). They are super family friendly and everyone who works there is kind and helpful. They put on shows for the kids every night, really dance parties and my son enjoyed the water park so much. We traveled to Rome a lot, which is about 50 ish minutes, which my fiancé and I enjoyed but my son always looked forward to coming to the “hotel”. There’s also a lot of local food spots less than 10...

"The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our needs. Best of all were Matteo- surely the best host on earth! Nothing was too much trouble and he was so kind and helpful. Plus- the restaurant had some of the finest food and the most wonderful relaxed atmosphere. "Very far out of Rome and if you arrive late you will receive no help. The bathroom was good but the paint on the room walls was scraped and not in the best shape."

"We received very personal attention during our stay. The staff had sent me an email requesting what time we were going to arrive but since I didn't have a signal I was not able to respond. Even though we arrived late we were welcomed very warmly by the staff. They also prepared us dinner upon arrival."

"Very clean rooms and very helpful staff too the location had great parking nearby which is a huge plus in that side of Italy the main sight seeing attractions or restaurants where maybe 30-40 mins away depending on traffic that would be one of my only downsides but seems it was the normal for a tourist since we aren’t allowed to drive in the (ZTL) zones which is where those sightseeing spots are so for a tourist renting a car this is your go to my last downside was the walls weren’t soundproof...
