Nel borgo antico di Monacizzo ,piccola frazione del comune di Torricella , a soli 2 km dalle splendide spiagge di Torre Ovo ,marina di Lizzano e Campomarino è situata la casa vacanza "C' ERA UNA VOLTA" ,porzione di un palazzo nobiliare denominato Benedetto/Campo dell' anno 1700.Di recente restauro essa conserva il suo aspetto originale caratterizzato da volte a stella con mura in tufo e pietra .La struttura posta al piano terra, gode di ambianti freschissimi composti da soggiorno, cucina ,camera da letto( ambianti open delineati da tipici archi )antibagno e bagno. Essa si propone come soluzione famigliare per 4/5 posti letto ed è pensata per coloro che scelgono soluzioni vicino al mare ma al contempo non rinunciano alla tranquillità e al riposo. Ambienti climatizzati ,pulizia inclusa e cambio biancheria.
