Comfortable Stay with a Cooperative Host

A very comfortable little flat in a quiet area. In England, we would discribe the property as a "maisonette". It was well equipped for a comfortable stay. Christian was very cooperative and a friendly host.

Great stay

Lovley apartment, great location close to 2 super markets and a few bars. Bus to torrevieja right opoosite apartment. Communal pool 2 min walk. Would definatley stay again.

I loved it here. It was in easy reach of the supermarket and pubs. The buses were regular. I couldn't get onto the apartments wifi, but i think thats because i'm not that savvy! My host Christian, communicated well even though i don't speak spanish, he spoke better english than my spanish! Thank you.

Los Balcones apartment

Lovely apartment - beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and well equipped, in a very nice area. Our host made the checking in and out process really easy, and kept in contact to make sure we were happy. We will definitely be booking again.

L'appartement contient tout ce quil faut pour passer un agreable sejour. La literie est confortable. Tout le necessaire est present : grille pain, bouilloire, machine a cafe, micro-ondes, vaisselle. Les draps et essuis sont mis a disposition ainsibque des couvertures supplémentaires. L'airco fait office de chauffage. La douche coule correctement et leau est chaude. Le logement est situe proche d'une grande route mais avec les volets baissés le bruit ne derange absolument pas. Le Mercadona est accesible en 3 minutes a pieds. Je recommande vivement ce logement.

El apartamento es fiel a las fotografias. Se necesita coche pa moverse. Tiene muy cerca Mercadona y Farmacia. La piscina muy bien con servicio de bar y socorrista. Quizas le haria falta algo mas de menaje como una sarten más o una espumadera. En general muy bien.

Empfehlung! Sehr günstig und Top!

Das Appartement ist sehr zu empfehlen. Es ist genauso vorzufinden, wie es beschrieben ist und wie die Fotos aussehen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bei Ankunft bezogen. Handtücher sind vorhanden. Das TV-Pogramm ist auf mehreren Sprachen. Sogar Sky und DAZN kann man schauen! TOP! Die Lage ist toll. Direkt an einer Bushaltestelle. Einen Parkplatz fürs Auto findet man auch immer. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und antwortet innerhalb weniger Minuten!!! Er ist sehr hilfsbereit und sofort vor Ort, wenn nötig. Ich empfehle dieses Appartement sehr!
