We were in this location for almost 6 weeks and found there is lots of opportunity to enjoy the beach, only 3 blocks away, as well as travel to many interesting locations within a 100 km radius. "We had a lovely stay here for a week over Easter with our 2 children 12 & 15. Apartment is a little outdated, but that is typical of Torrevieja and reflected in the price. The photos do not do it justice - it is actually over 3 floors with 2 small balcony's and a roof terrace! Very good location, right near Playa de Locos beach and multiple restaurants and supermarkets. A fair 15+ min walk to the Centro zone with more beaches and restaurant options. "Our stay in Torrevieja was a huge disappointment. The apartment is being advertised as “Beautiful newly refurbished” which is a complete lie, everything in this place is old, dated or broken and dirty, we complained about the first day, and the owner basically ignored it. The kitchen doesn’t have a matching set of dishes, the drawer with silverware is nasty (we didn’t even use it), the bath towels looked like floor rags, washed out and old (we bought new ones at Carrefour to use). "Four of us stayed at this beautiful apartment with fabulous views from a large spacious balcony. The pool area and gardens are kept immaculate and there is a really nice swim up and bar area to enjoy a cold beer. Plenty of place to eat and drink nearest being Nautilus which served good food with fab views. We enjoyed some good walks along the seafront and found some lovely Spanish bars along the way . We will be looking forward to returning in the near future"
