"Wir sind vom 06.bis 10. Mai 2024 in dieser Unterkunft gewesen. David und seine Frau sind sehr hilfsbereit gewesen und sehr freundlich ( wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit unserem Auto und David hat uns sofort zu einer Garage gefahren wo das Problem schnell behoben wurde). Würde diese Unterkunft sofort wieder wählen. Unsere ganze Wäsche ( sind 7 Wochen unterwegs) konnten wir umsonnst waschen und trocknen. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die schöne Zeit bei Euch. "La app de entrada no funcionó. La atención telefónica, muy buena y nos lo solucionaron. Tan céntrico que pasaban por allí el 90% de las procesiones nocturnas de Cáceres. Por lo demás, muy tranquilo en Semana Santa. Menaje un poco sucio, y sin estropajo ni productos de limpieza. "

"Lovely apartment and location once we found it! The parking advertised is actually a public car park costing £12 euros overnight (which we were not aware of) the directions to apartment are very misleading and we struggled to find it. But once we did it was lovely and bright and great location."

"Our stay at Soho Boutique Casa Don Fernando was a mixed experience. Unfortunately, our first night was very uncomfortable because the air conditioning in our room was not working. The hotel quickly moved us to another, larger room on the same floor, but unfortunately, the air conditioning had the same problem. Since they could not move us to another room until the following day, we had no choice but to sleep in the heat, which was extremely uncomfortable and almost impossible, especially in the middle of summer in Spain. The following day, we were moved to a different room on another floor, where thankfully everything was working properly. We appreciated that the hotel ultimately found a solution. On the positive side, the location is excellent—very central and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and, most importantly, the incredible history surrounding Cáceres. The historic setting and architecture around the hotel were truly impressive and made the visit to this beautiful city worthwhile. Overall, the air conditioning issue definitely affected our experience, particularly the first night, but the central location and historic surroundings are definite highlights."
