Just beautiful

This hotel is new and we had a great room, all clean and with great taste. Reception staff was beyond nice and helped with everything. Spa area also very comfy for it s size. We really had a great stay here, it s superb that they have resonably priced caviar in their mini bar. The only place to stay is this one.

Super impressive building. The room and amenities were amazing, and the staff was outstanding! They went above and beyond, from the receptionist, to the bellhops, to the restaurant staff and they all speak and understand English!

Las habitaciones son amplias y agradables pero el lavatorio no tiene espacio para nada, no un cepillo! El lavabo tiene calentador y jato de agua que no funcionaba. El desayuno muy desordenado y servicio muy lento para el café y huevos. Fue mi primera vez en este hotel en Cáceres porque es nuevo pero no pienso en regresarme a este.

Un maravilloso hotel en el corazón de Cáceres. Sin duda la mejor opción. A estrenar, con una decoración exquisita. Y el personal de 10, desde el conserje de la puerta hasta la última persona de la restauración.

Плохо и непрофессионально

Отель новый, но абсолютно не 5 *. Паркинг общественный в 5 минутах езды, хотя на сайте указано, что есть паркинг. Фотографии номера для инстаграма хорошие, но реально это не так. Не продумано ничего. Темный номер. Мало места для хранения одежды. На телефон ресепшен часто никто не отвечает и не перезванивают. Дизайн кажется хорошим на первый взгляд, но потом видишь, что не продумано ничего. С багажом не помогают при заезде. Отель 3 звезды. Отсутствуют мелочи, которые и придают отелю лоск и уют. Нет бокалов для вина или игристого и чашек под чай, хотя в номере есть эти напитки. Цена завышена. Завтраки бедные. Не советую этот отель в ближайшее время. Я крайне разочарован. Они абсолютно не профессионалы в этом отельном бизнесе. Карта room service очень маленькая и тд. Халаты и тапки низкого качества. Нет тюли на окнах. В итоге, недостатков так много, что нет смысла их писать. Просто не приезжайте сюда.
